Retirement and shrinking staff levels, along with the increased use of agency/traveling personnel make compliance with competency requirements even more difficult. This forum will cover the differences in accreditation agency requirements, the challenges in assessment for both manual and interfaced point-of-care tests and the uphill battle of documentation at the proper intervals. Creative solutions, strategies, and best practices will be shared to help improve your compliance consistently and how vendors can help!
