The new St. Joseph Outpatient Center is on Mayfair Road (Hwy.100),
one block south of Bluemound Road.
It is easily
accessible from these streets as well as from I-94, I-43, and
I-894/US 45.

From the West:
Take I-94 East. Exit 304 A-B. Turn left, heading
north on Mayfair Rd. (HWY100) Take the first left turn
into facility.

From Downtown:
Take I-94 West. Exit 304 B heading north on Mayfair Rd
(HWY100). Take the first left turn into facility.

From the North:
Take US 45 South. Exit I-94 West. Exit 304 B
heading north on Mayfair Rd (HWY100). Take the first left turn
into facility.
- From
the South:
Take I-894/US 45 North. Exit I-94 West and
immediately move into the far right lane to Exit 304 B. Exit
304 B heading north on Mayfair Rd (HWY100). Take the first
left turn into facility.
