Summary of Meeting:
The Spring Meeting at Roanoke was an opportunity
for Point of Care Coordinators and Vendors to learn about the
CAP Unannounced Survey Process. Adrienne Malta is the
inspection manager from CAP and spoke on the unannounced survey
process. Each attendee had access to the POCT checklist to
prompt questions through the discussion period. Many of the
questions were related to competency.
The
Vendor Fair:
The vendor fair
was a
great success, allowing for 15 vendors to display their latest
products and network with coordinators. Many thanks to the
vendors that supported the meeting and participated in the fair.
