Annette Perretti, Kaiser Permanente, demonstrated the difference between 'one-way' and 'two-way' communication in an an exercise where they had to draw a series of geometric shapes based on her instructions. | In a role play on how to properly introduce someone to someone else, Derek Shue, Highlands Hospital, shares a laugh with Rick Import; while Mary Ann Ho, Palo Alto MC and Lucy Estrada-Quezada, seem to be sharing a laugh of their own. | |||
