Meeting Minutes from our June 17, 2015 at WellSpan Gettysburg Hospital 147 Gettys Street Gettysburg,  PA  17325 Business Meeting Attendees Mary Snyder, Amanda Bennett, Jackie Kremser, Nancy McDowell, Lucinda Graves, Carrie Bell, Kathy Hoffman. The meeting came to order at the conclusion of a successful KEYPOCC meeting at Gettysburg Hospital hosted by Lucinda Graves.   Treasurer’s Report Submitted by Jacquelyn Kremser and showing closing balance of $13,166.91 as of 5/31/15.     Upcoming Meetings and Participation in TriMark Meeting Discussion to continue participation in TriMark and host our own 3 meetings during the year ( One is Webinar in December due to inclement weather). September Meeting- Nancy to find out this week if St. Mary’s Langhorne can host meeting otherwise we will proceed to reserve hotel in Philadelphia area and secure date to avoid last minute planning.  Potential speakers to be contacted this week by Nancy and Amanda.    Scholarships Currently there are no candidates coming forward for scholarships.  Contact with schools etc. by board members and if someone does not come forward by July 31, 2015 we will then donate to specific schools and allocate the $1000.    Duties of Officers Duties of officers will be more fully explored and assigned requirements and standard work of job description to be formalized.    Meeting adjourned at 3:50PM   Respectfully Submitted, Nancy E.
