Tom Graham, CEO, Strategies OTB,
Inc.
Thomas Graham’s primary professional focuses are
finance, management information systems and process
improvement using Lean and Six Sigma strategies,
ranging from well established firms to startup
consulting. Mr. Graham’s undergraduate and graduate
work was completed at Baldwin Wallace College
(Ohio).
Following time as a Los Angeles Ram, where he was a
wide receiver, he found a niche in business
strategic planning and development, serving as a
consultant to numerous for-profit and not-for-profit
businesses covering nine different industries.
Since 2000, Mr. Graham has focused on healthcare;
specifically, the economics and guideline driven
processes of heart attack and chest pain care. He
has presented as an invited speaker at major
national professional society conferences and
symposia. In December 2007 he was the keynote
speaker for the South Carolina Hospital Association
– Heart Alliance presenting “ Organization
& Systems Development in the Cardiac Care Process”.
He presented “Evidence
based Financial Outcomes in Acute Coronary
Syndromes”,
at the American
Academy of Medical Administrators in Orlando in
2004. He presented “Show
Me the Money, Chest Pain Center Economics”
for the
Society of Chest Pain Centers 6th Annual Congress in
Chicago in 2004 and 7th Annual Congress in Orlando
in 2005. His abstract,
“Quality Must
Drive Healthcare’s Economic Future: Economics of
Heart Attack Care”,
was accepted and presented at the 18th Annual
American Society for Quality’s Management Conference
in Irvine, CA in March 2006.
Mr. Graham is
presently the Chief Executive Officer of Strategies
OTB Inc., a strategic planning company that can
quantify, measure, and analyze the link between a
hospital’s processes and its financial model. |
