Directions:

Traveling East on US 74/76, US 17 or US 421

(From Lumberton, Whiteville, Myrtle Beach, Brunswick County, Clinton, etc.)

  • Enter Wilmington via the Cape Fear Memorial Bridge.

  • Stay on US 17-74-76 (Dawson St.).

  • This will change its name to Oleander Dr.

  • Continue straight on Oleander Dr. Once you cross Hwy. 132 (College Rd., continue about 1.3 miles to Hawthorne Dr.

  • Turn left and continue to Wrightsville Ave.

  • Turn right. Look for Main Entrance signs.

  • Cape Fear Hospital will be on your left.

Traveling East on I-40 (From Raleigh, etc.)
  • Enter Wilmington on I-40. It turns into Hwy. 132 (College Rd.).
  • Stay on Hwy. 132 until you get to Wrightsville Ave.
  • Turn left and stay on Wrightsville Ave.
  • Look for Main Entrance signs.
  • Cape Fear Hospital will be about 1.4 miles on the left.

Traveling South on US 17 (From Jacksonville, Morehead City, etc.)

  • Enter Wilmington on US 17 (Market Street).
  • Turn left on Military Cutoff Rd.
  • This will change its name to Oleander Dr.
  • Continue on Oleander Dr until you reach Hawthorne Dr.
  • Turn right and continue to Wrightsville Ave.
  • Turn right. Look for Main Entrance signs.
  • Cape Fear Hospital will be on your left.
